Your Strategic Impact

• Physician Advocacy & Pitching: Conduct high-energy field visits to introduce Neodocs’ innovative services to doctors, effectively pitching our value proposition to secure professional buy-in.
• Ecosystem Orchestration: Work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders—including pharmaceutical companies, government bodies, hospital administrations, and existing partners—to ensure seamless service execution.
• Distributor Alignment: Partner with distributors for joint field visits, ensuring our product availability and service standards are perfectly aligned with local market needs.
• Regional Expansion: Travel extensively across the South India territory to nurture existing relationships and scout for new growth opportunities.
• Operational Intelligence: Utilize Excel or Google Sheets to maintain rigorous reports on test completion and gather field insights/feedback to help our internal teams innovate

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in clinical Medicine and understanding of diagnostic workflows in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Knowledge or exposure to specialized fields such as Cardiology, Orthopedic Surgery, or Neurology, and the ability to engage meaningfully with specialists.
• Experience with patient Treatment pathways and clinical decision-making, preferably in collaboration with medical teams or healthcare institutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clinicians, administrators, and industry partners.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, or a related field; an MBBS or equivalent clinical degree is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in medical affairs, clinical partnerships, healthcare startups, or medtech/pharma business development is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel to partner locations as needed, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, impact-driven startup environment.
