About the Project

Aarelus Technologies is hiring skilled Medical Data Annotators for an upcoming AI-powered healthcare project. You will be part of a small, focused team responsible for labeling and annotating medical data — including clinical images, radiology scans, or health records — to train next-generation AI models.

This is a project-based role with a fixed team size of 5 seats only. Shortlisting will be competitive.

What You’ll Do

• Annotate medical images (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans) or clinical text data using annotation tools
• Label anatomical structures, anomalies, or medical entities as per project guidelines
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across assigned datasets
• Collaborate with the QA team to review and correct annotations
• Follow strict data confidentiality and compliance protocols

Who We’re Looking For

• Background in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering (degree or pursuing)
• Prior experience in data annotation, medical transcription, or clinical documentation is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Labelbox, Scale AI, CVAT, or similar — preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise labeling instructions
• Comfortable working with sensitive medical data under NDA

Nice to Have

• Experience with radiology, pathology, or clinical NLP datasets
• Knowledge of medical terminology (ICD codes, anatomical terms)
• Prior work with AI/ML data projects
