Production Operations Manager Full Time NEW

Are you someone who thrives on execution, logistics, and bringing large-scale events to life? We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Production Manager to lead end-to-end event execution and ensure flawless on-ground delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end event operations and production

• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and technical teams

• Oversee setup, dismantling, and on-site execution

• Manage production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Ensure quality control and safety standards across events

• Handle logistics, permissions, and technical requirements

• Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and ensure smooth delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Must have experience in the event industry only.

• 1+ years of experience in event operations/production (Very Important Criteria)

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

• Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple large-scale events simultaneously

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Willingness to travel and work on-site during events

• Must be bangalore based and should be fluent in Kannada & English
