Medical Billing Executive Full Time NEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance claims, patient billing, payment posting, and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for medical services. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of medical billing procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies and government payers.
• Review patient accounts for billing accuracy and resolve claim discrepancies.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations when required.
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Communicate with insurance providers, patients, and healthcare staff regarding billing inquiries.
• Generate billing reports and maintain proper documentation of claims and payments.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with account reconciliation and collections as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Familiarity with insurance claim processing and reimbursement procedures.
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and medical billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High-speed internet connection and ability to work remotely if required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing.
• Ability to analyze and resolve billing issues effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience in AR follow-up and denial management is preferred.

Education

• Graduate or equivalent required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
