Position: Medical Records Specialist

Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze and code medical records using DRG and related classification systems.
- Review and manage electronic health records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Structure and annotate healthcare documents to support AI training initiatives.
- Maintain and update documentation using medical document management systems.
- Identify discrepancies and improve medical documentation workflows.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in DRG coding and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Experience with medical document management and healthcare data organization.
- Understanding of basic database systems and data entry standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
