Role Summary

The Menu & Master Data Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate product, recipe, ingredient, pricing, and menu master data across business systems. The role ensures catalog accuracy, operational readiness, pricing integrity, and seamless menu execution across stores and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product, recipe, ingredient, and menu master data.
• Manage menu launches, pricing updates, promotions, and product lifecycle changes.
• Ensure menu and catalog accuracy across POS, delivery platforms, and internal systems.
• Perform regular data audits and validation checks to maintain data quality.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in Master Data Management, Catalog Management, Menu Management, Data Operations, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in QSR, Food Tech, Cloud Kitchen, Retail, Hospitality, or E-commerce industries preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
• Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple systems.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms is an advantage.
