The Vision

We are building a new-age creative collective, a label that doesn’t just follow trends but sets them. We are looking for a core producer who can operate at the intersection of commercial polish and experimental grit. This isn’t just about making beats; it’s about architecting an entire soundscape.

The Sonic Profile

We need someone with “New Gen” ears. Your range should be wide enough to produce:

• The Weeknd on a Monday: Dark, cinematic, synth-heavy R&B and high-gloss Pop.
• Dafencii on a Friday: Hard-hitting, melodic Hip Hop with raw energy and cultural edge.

You should be able to flip between genres effortlessly, bringing “astonishing” production value to everything you touch.

How We Work

• The Collaboration: We provide the vocalist and the lyrics.
• The Mission: Your job is to build the world around those vocals. You will be responsible for the full production cycle: beat making, arrangement, and final track conversion (mixing/mastering/stems).
• The Output: High-fidelity, viral-ready tracks that feel “better than life.”

The Requirements

• Versatility: You can handle Pop, Hip Hop, and Experimental without losing your signature style.
• Technical Excellence: Mastery of your DAW (Ableton, Logic, FL, etc.) and the ability to deliver clean, professional stems and final masters.
• Speed & Intuition: You catch the vibe quickly and can iterate fast.

The Deal

• Initial Pilot: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per track (Proof of concept phase).
• The Future: We are looking for a long-term partner. If our styles mesh, this will evolve into an official label signing with a long-term contract, scaled compensation, and a seat at the table as we grow.
