Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, headsets, and networking equipment.
- Manage Windows and Linux systems, user accounts, software installations, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with company Information Security policies and IT standards.
- Configure and support dialer platforms, telephony systems, SIP trunks, IVR systems, and call recording solutions.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, telephony, and application related issues.
