We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Neurosurgeon to join our healthcare team. Neurosurgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and performing surgical treatment for disorders related to the brain, spine, and nervous system while ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence as per Medanta Standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage neurosurgical patients
- Perform elective and emergency neurosurgical procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and NABH compliance activities
Competencies & Surgical Expertise
- Cranial and spinal trauma surgeries
- Brain tumor surgeries
- Spine decompression and fixation procedures
- VP shunt and hydrocephalus management
- Burr hole and craniotomy procedures
- Management of stroke and neurovascular emergencies
- Microscopic and minimally invasive neurosurgical techniques
- ICU and post-operative neurosurgical care & others
Requirements
- MCh/DrNB Neurosurgery
- Valid medical registration
- Minimum experience preferred: 4–5 years
- Strong surgical, decision-making, and communication skills
