Role Description The Office Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to leadership and the wider office team. This full-time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility as business needs allow. Key responsibilities include managing calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings, handling calls and emails, and maintaining organized records and files. The role also involves preparing basic documents, notes, and reports, assisting with travel and logistics, and supporting routine office operations. The Office Personal Assistant will be expected to handle confidential information with discretion, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and proactively help keep daily activities running smoothly.
Qualifications

• Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership and office operations.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with colleagues, clients, and partners.
• Proficient Diary Management and scheduling abilities to coordinate appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
• Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, document preparation, data entry, and basic record-keeping.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment, with a professional and reliable work ethic.
• Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred; a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
