Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and responsible Office Support Executive to support the day-to-day operational activities of the office. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination across departments, vendor support, document handling, office upkeep, and external errands.

The ideal candidate should be disciplined, proactive, well-mannered, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Support

• Assist in daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
• Support teams with photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and document movement.
• Handle filing, courier dispatches, and collection of important documents and packages.
• Manage pantry and office supply replenishment coordination.
• Support meeting room setup and readiness for internal and external meetings.

External Coordination & Errands

• Visit banks, government offices, vendor locations, courier offices, and client offices as required.
• Handle cheque deposits, document submissions, collections, and office purchases.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and office-related requirements.
• Assist in event logistics support whenever required.

Office Maintenance Support

• Ensure cleanliness and coordinate basic upkeep across office premises.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management teams.
• Escalate infrastructure or utility-related issues to the Admin or HR teams promptly.

Employee & Guest Support

• Assist visitors and guests with basic coordination and hospitality support.
• Support employees with operational requests and internal movement of materials and documents.
• Help during office events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
