Job Title: Operations & Admin Executive
Location: Okhla Phase-2, South Delhi
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full-Time ( 5 Day’s Working)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Admin Executive to support daily business operations, manage backend processes, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should be efficient in handling data, documentation, and operational tasks.
Work Responsibilities:
- work as service, operational coordinator.
- Uploaded and maintained all project-related and operational documents in the system.
- Coordinated delivery extensions for delayed orders to ensure smooth execution.
- Identified and sourced local vendors for required goods and shared technical
specifications with them.
- Collected and compared quotations from vendors for local goods against tender
requirements.
- Handled customer and internal support cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepared and submitted monthly reports to management.
- Coordinated with manufacturers regarding orders, support, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (preferred)
