Regional Sales Head Full Time

• Lead and drive regional sales strategy for diesel generator solutions across Pune & Mumbai markets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, real estate, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, facility managers, and project developers.

• Provide technical consultation and solution-based selling for DG sets and power backup systems.

• Prepare and present technical proposals, BOQs, commercial quotations, and project presentations.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and project handover.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer requirements.

• Lead and mentor regional sales teams, ensuring performance tracking, training, and achievement of sales targets.

• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure revenue growth and profitability.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Implement sales process improvements and CRM-based sales tracking systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• Strengthen brand positioning and market presence through strategic partnerships and key account management.
