Key Responsibilities
- Accurately load hotel and ancillary service contracts as per SLAs
- Execute daily operational tasks assigned by clients
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality control
- Follow team guidelines and complete tasks efficiently
- Support continuous improvement in processes
Required Skills
- Good command of English communication skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Typing speed of 25 WPM with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good time management and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of airline/hotel contract terminology
- Experience in travel operations, reservations, or ticketing
Eligibility
Any graduate (BBA / BCom / BA / Travel Tourism preferred)
Freshers candidates with up to 1 year experience can apply
