We are looking for an experienced **Freelance IT & Embedded Recruiter** with excellent communication skills and a strong track record in closing niche tech roles.

IT & Embedded Recruiter (Freelance)

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 4–8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for **IT & Embedded roles** (Developers, QA, DevOps, Embedded C, Firmware, Device Drivers, etc.)
• Sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
• Screening technical profiles including embedded systems and software roles
• Coordinating interviews and managing stakeholder communication
• Ensuring timely closures with quality candidates

Requirements:

• 4–8+ years of IT recruitment experience (Embedded hiring exposure preferred)
• Strong understanding of technologies (Java, Python, Cloud) and **Embedded Systems**
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines
