Role: Operations Executive

Location: Gurgaon (mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain and marketplace operations. The role involves working closely with 3PL partners, marketplaces, and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

3PL & Warehousing

• Coordinate inbound, storage, and dispatch with 3PL partners
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking across warehouses
• Monitor SLAs and resolve operational issues

Order Fulfillment (D2C + Marketplaces)

• Manage order flow through aggregators like Shiprocket across D2C, Amazon (FBA, FBF), and 1P
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatches
• Coordinate with logistics partners

Inventory Planning

• Track inventory across channels
• Plan replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
• Coordinate with production for restocking

Marketplace Operations

• Manage FBA and FBF inventory movement
• Ensure listing availability and stock health
• Handle operational issues with Amazon

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain regulatory and operational compliance
• Manage documentation for inventory and dispatches

Operational Metrics

• Track fill rate, dispatch timelines, returns, and accuracy
• Generate reports and improve efficiency

Operational Accounting Support

• Reconcile orders, invoices, and payments
• Track COD, returns, and refunds
• Coordinate with finance for accurate reporting

Requirements (Important and non-negotiable)

• 1–3 years of experience in operations or e-commerce
• Understanding of 3PL, FBA, FBF, 1P models
• Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset
• Trained with Excel and data tracking
• Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
