What You’ll Do
Visit residential properties across assigned Noida micromarkets and conduct structured flat walkthroughs
Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties as per Openhouse’s content guidelines and shoot standards
Update the CRM with accurate property details flat specs, amenities, pricing inputs, seller information in real time from the field
Coordinate with Channel Partners (brokers) and sellers to schedule and confirm visits
Maintain daily visit logs and field reports for your Team Lead
Assist in seller onboarding and initial documentation as trained
Who We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (any stream; real estate, business, or tech preferred)
Own conveyance is mandatory you’ll be covering multiple localities daily across Noida
Available on weekends this is a non-negotiable; our peak activity is Saturday-Sunday
Tech-savvy comfortable with smartphone apps, CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp-based workflows; fast learner on new platforms
Presentable and communicative you’ll be interacting with homeowners and brokers regularly
Proactive and self-driven you’ll often be working independently in the field
Logistics
Location: Noida (Noida Extension, Central Noida, Ghaziabad,Greater Noida )
Working Days: 6 days/week including both Saturday and Sunday (weekday off on rotation)
Duration: 3-6 months
What Happens After
This internship is designed as a direct pipeline to a full-time role. Interns who demonstrate consistent field output, CRM accuracy, and ownership mentality will receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for the Account Manager / Business Development Associate role on the Supply team. Several of our current AMs started exactly this way.
