Role Overview
We are hiring a high-impact Operations Manager to drive end-to-end service execution and operational excellence in Jaipur. This role is pivotal in ensuring reliable last-mile operations, optimal resource utilization, and superior customer experience at scale.
You will work closely with the City Sales Head to translate business goals into on-ground execution, ensuring speed, efficiency, and consistency across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Operations Ownership
Own and manage complete city-level operations, ensuring seamless execution across all service workflows
Drive operational efficiency, turnaround time (TAT), and service reliability
Ensure process adherence and scalability of operations
2. Demand–Supply & Last-Mile Optimization
Lead demand-supply planning to meet growth and service targets
Optimize fleet utilization, routing, and dispatch efficiency
Minimize delays and ensure high on-time service delivery metrics
3. Partner & Workforce Management
Build and manage a high-performing partner/rider network
Drive onboarding, training, productivity, and retention initiatives
Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service standards
4. Performance Management & Process Excellence
Track and analyze key operational KPIs (TAT, fulfillment rate, partner productivity, cost efficiency)
Identify gaps and implement continuous process improvement initiatives
Develop structured dashboards and reports for performance tracking
5. Customer Experience & Escalation Management
Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across services
Own and resolve operational escalations with speed and accountability
Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality
6. Cross-functional Alignment
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and City Leadership teams
Align operational execution with revenue and growth objectives
