About The Project
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Support Specialist in Pune to support the ongoing development of our local operations.
In this role, you will combine hands-on customer service responsibilities with operational and organizational support, playing an important part in the day-to-day functioning and further development of our locations.

Your role
- Coordinate and plan language courses and programs
- Assist in organizing and scheduling school offerings
- Supporting day-to-day operations and administrative processes
- Acting as a local point of contact and supporting the establishment & development
- Assisting with coordination tasks, communication, and internal workflows
- Supporting the implementation of operational processes and structures on site
Your profile
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in operations or project coordination
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Fluent in English, German at B1 level
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Good PC and MS Office skills
- Based in Pune
