Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additionally, the Recruiter will develop job descriptions, partner with hiring managers, and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging qualified candidates through various channels.

Qualifications

• Talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, applicant screening, and interview coordination
• Experience creating job descriptions and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment trends and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and meet hiring deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment for the beauty and fashion industry is a plus
