🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Source, identify, and recruit OPT (Optional Practical Training) candidates across various domains
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
- Guide candidates through onboarding and placement
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
💼 What We’re Looking For:
- 5 plus years of expereience as opt recruiter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and job boards is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
