Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Eyewear Sales & Lens Marking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eyewear products (including frames and lenses), as well as the ability to mark and prepare lenses according to prescriptions. This role involves both customer-facing sales and behind-the-scenes technical work to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers and assist them in selecting eyewear that suits their style, comfort, and vision needs. Offer expert advice on frame materials, lens options, and coatings.
Lens Marking & Preparation: Accurately mark lenses according to prescription details and prepare them for fitting. This includes measuring pupillary distance (PD), axis, and other critical lens specifications.
Lens & Frame Knowledge: Educate customers on the different lens types (single vision, bifocal, progressive), lens coatings (anti-reflective, UV protection, blue light filtering), and frame materials (metal, acetate, plastic, etc.).
Lens Fitting & Adjustments: Perform necessary lens fitting and adjustments for customer comfort. Ensure lenses are properly aligned with the frames and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Stocking: Assist in inventory management, including stock organization and maintaining product availability.
Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment. Ensure displays are well-arranged and the store is ready for customers at all times.
Customer Education: Provide information on the latest eyewear trends, technology, and available services (such as lens coatings or upgrades).
Qualification & Experience requirements:
Qualification-Any Graduate is preferred.
Experience in Eyewear Sales: 3 years of Previous experience in retail or optical sales is preferred.
Lens Marking Skills: Experience with or willingness to learn lens marking and prescription analysis (measuring PD, axis, and other lens parameters).
Knowledge of Eyewear Products: Strong understanding of various frame materials, lens types, coatings, and optical terminology.
Attention to Detail: Precision in marking lenses and fitting eyewear, ensuring that prescription requirements are met accurately.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to work with optical machinery and perform basic lens preparation tasks.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory and keep the store environment organized.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
