Outbound Growth & Content Associate Full Time NEW

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Outbound Growth & Content Associate who can drive organic marketing initiatives focused on brand growth, lead generation, audience engagement, and client acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in organic social media marketing, content creation, SEO, copywriting, branding, and engagement. This role is best suited for someone who understands how to build a brand presence organically through strategic content and audience-focused marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google platforms.

• Develop and execute organic marketing strategies to generate quality leads and increase brand awareness.
• Drive audience engagement and customer acquisition through content-driven marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong online visibility across multiple digital platforms.
• Support client onboarding through strategic communication and engagement activities.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging content calendars, captions, reels, posts, and storytelling campaigns.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand presence organically.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, algorithms, and content strategies.

Content & Creative Strategy

• Write compelling ad copies, marketing content, website content, and social media communication.
• Coordinate with the creative/design team for high-performing creatives, banners, videos, and promotional assets.
• Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

SEO & Website Engagement

• Implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search visibility organically.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Support website content enhancement and audience engagement initiatives.

Branding & Market Research

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute ideas for branding, positioning, and audience engagement strategies.
• Help strengthen the company’s digital identity and online reputation.

Tools & Skills

• Canva and Figma
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• After Effects (basic motion is a plus)
• Bonus: Experience with Generative AI tools for design
• Bonus: Interest in UI/UX or product design thinking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing
• Candidates from Tier-1 colleges/institutions will be given preference.
• Understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition, and digital marketing analytics.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced startup environment.
