Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and confident candidates for the role of Outreach & Campus Drive Coordinator Intern. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with colleges, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and company HR teams to organise campus drives, placement opportunities, and hiring collaborations.

The role requires strong communication skills, daily calling activities, follow-ups, and maintaining professional relationships with institutions and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with colleges and companies for campus placement drives
• Make 90+ calls daily to HRs, TPOs, and placement coordinators
• Coordinate virtual and physical campus drives
• Share job opportunities with colleges and students
• Maintain follow-up records and daily reports in Excel/CRM
• Communicate through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Generate positive responses and build hiring partnerships
• Support recruitment and outreach operations

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident in calling and professional conversations
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Freshers and students can apply

Preferred Skills:

• HR outreach or telecalling experience
• LinkedIn networking knowledge
• Campus placement coordination experience
