- preferably in Vessel/Ducting. ( Pressure Vessel, Structural & Heat exchanger relevant exe.. advantage*)
- Reviews Monthly Plan Shared by Contracts Department
- Studies Job Drawings & Understands the Scope of Work
- In case of any drawing/ technical queries, a consolidated technical query log shall be shared to Design & Development Department
- Prepares Process Flow Chart for new or special jobs
- Prepares Sequence of Operations
- Prepares Procedures/Standard Operation Procedures/Work Instructions/Checklist for special processes
- Reviews ITP & LAWPS for critical, new or special products/jobs
- Confirms inhouse process capabilities and outsourcing processes for the products/jobs involved.
- High Level Production Scheduling
- Preparation of Job Cards / Micro-Level Scheduling
- Sends Prepared Job Cards for Peer Review before sending to Production
- Standardizes Prepared Job Cards, High Level Schedules, or Process Maps in the respective Standard Library folders and uses them for all the similar following jobs with required modifications.
- Expediting – all interfacing departments.
- Sends Sequence of Operations to Outsourcing Vendors & inprocess verification of outsourcing activities
- Coordinating and Expediting Outsourcing Activities such as Rolling, Bending, Pressing, Forming, Punching, Heat Treatment, Galvanizing, Plating, Machining Activities and Outsourced Fabrication Activities
- Daily Job Progress Reporting for special jobs & outsourced jobs
- Conducts or Participates in PPC Daily Job Review Meeting and takes action based on progress of jobs.
