Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paralegal Admin Assistant, located in New Delhi. The Paralegal Admin Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties, such as maintaining files, managing correspondence, and supporting executive administrative tasks. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Clerical Skills and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
• Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Proficiency in office software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Experience in the education and migration consultancy field is beneficial
