Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Patient Concierge. Responsibilities include assisting patients by providing concierge services, handling reservations, managing receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Patient Concierge ensures smooth communication and enhances patient satisfaction by acting as a key liaison between patients and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Concierge Services and Reservations, ensuring an organized and efficient patient experience.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients and other stakeholders.
• Experience in Receptionist Duties to manage front-desk operations and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to attend to patients’ needs with professionalism and care.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational skills for streamlining processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations or prior experience in a medical setting is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
