Job Title: People Operations AssociateRole Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Associate to support and strengthen our HR function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and wants to build expertise across core HR operations, automation, employee experience, and internal communications.

You will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth HR processes, accurate systems management, and a positive employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities1. Core HR Operations (Functional Excellence)

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Ensure a seamless and professional experience at every employee touchpoint.

Compliance & Documentation

• Assist in maintaining India labor law compliance and HR documentation.
• Support policy implementation and updates aligned with global standards.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and validate data for accuracy.
• Assist in benefits administration and employee queries.

Employee Support

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
• Support employee engagement and conflict resolution initiatives with guidance from senior HR leadership.

2. HR Systems & Process Optimization

HR Tech & Data Management

• Maintain and update HRIS, ATS, and internal trackers with 100% data accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation and system hygiene.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and suggest automation opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) and no-code platforms to streamline repetitive tasks.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare HR dashboards and reports on hiring, attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.
• Support data-driven decision-making through structured reporting.

3. Culture & Internal Communication

Internal Communication Support

• Draft and circulate internal announcements, engagement updates, and policy communications.
• Help maintain alignment across distributed teams.

Learning & Development Support

• Coordinate training programs and track participation.
• Support initiatives that promote continuous learning, especially around digital and AI tools.

Engagement Initiatives

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HRIS platforms.
• Basic familiarity or curiosity about AI tools and workflow automation.
