Satin Strands is a premium haircare brand focused on luxurious, ingredient-led products designed to transform hair health. We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Partner to help scale the brand through paid advertising across Meta, Google, and Amazon.
This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for someone confident in their ability to generate profitable sales and grow a premium D2C brand.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Amazon Ads
- Create or guide high-converting ad creatives and content angles.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS.
- Continuously test creatives, offers, landing pages, and audiences.
- Track and report key performance metrics.
- Work closely with the founders to scale revenue profitably.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running profitable Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of luxury, beauty, haircare, skincare, or premium consumer brands.
- Ability to create winning ad angles and performance-driven content.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Portfolio, case studies, or past campaign results required.
Compensation
100% Performance-Based / Commission-Based
