Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative marketing professional to manage paid campaigns, organic social media, and influencer collaborations for a fast-growing fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with a strong understanding of Instagram-first content strategy and influencer outreach.

The candidate will work closely with the creative, e-commerce, and sales teams to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, engagement, and overall online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and basic funnel optimization
• Support A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies
• Track campaign performance using Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools
• Monitor daily ad spends and ensure proper budget utilization
• Generate regular performance reports and share actionable insights
• Assist in pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion tracking implementation

Social Media Marketing

• Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Coordinate with the creative team for reels, stories, static posts, and campaign shoots
• Manage community engagement — respond to comments, DMs, and creator interactions
• Track organic metrics such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and UGC volume
• Stay updated with platform trends, content formats, and algorithm changes

Influencer Marketing

• Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers and creators aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and audience
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approvals, go-live, and tracking
• Handle both barter and paid collaborations; maintain an influencer database with deliverables and performance records
• Repurpose influencer and UGC content for paid ads, website, and other brand channels
• Coordinate campaigns with ongoing promotions and product launches

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience across performance marketing, social media, or influencer marketing
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
• Strong understanding of Instagram, short-form video, and current content trends
• Experience in influencer outreach, negotiation, and campaign coordination
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and basic analytics
• Good analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong aesthetic sense; experience in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce industry will be preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
