Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Business Studies to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Business Studies to higher-secondary students following the CBSE curriculum and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Teach Business Studies to higher-secondary students following the CBSE curriculum, developing and delivering engaging lesson plans and assessments.
• Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs and promote academic excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum, assessments, and extracurricular activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of teaching experience in Business Studies, preferably in a CBSE curriculum school.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in teaching methodologies, assessment techniques, and educational technology.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
