Platform Engineer (Production & Scalability) Full Time NEW

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can take Rev Winner from a working product to a production-grade, scalable, secure, and stable platform. This is not a feature-building role. This is a make-it-solid, make-it-fast, make-it-scale role.

You will own:

• Production readiness
• Cloud infrastructure
• Admin control systems

What You’ll Do

Production Stabilization

• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across frontend, backend, and real-time systems Improve response time (target: sub-200ms for critical flows)
• Optimize APIs, DB queries, and async workflows Implement robust error handling, retries, and failover mechanisms
• Ensure high availability and minimal downtime

Cloud Migration & Infrastructure

• Design and execute cloud migration (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Set up scalable architecture using microservices or optimized modular monolith Implement:
• Load balancing Auto-scaling CDN and caching layers Manage WebSockets / real-time communication at scale
• Optimize infra cost vs performance

Admin Panel Development

• Build a powerful internal admin panel for: User management
• Usage monitoring Conversation logs and analytics Feature toggles Billing visibility
• Ensure role-based access control Build audit logs and system visibility

Security & Compliance

• Implement secure authentication (JWT, OAuth, RBAC) Secure APIs, WebSockets, and data pipelines Ensure data privacy and encryption (in transit + at rest)
• Prepare system for enterprise-grade security expectations

Observability & Monitoring

• Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Create dashboards for: System health Latency Errors Usage patterns Enable real-time debugging capability

DevOps & CI/CD

• Build CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments Implement staging and production environments
• Enable rollback and zero-downtime deployments Automate testing and release workflows Tech Environment

What We’re Looking For

• Must Have 5+ years experience in backend or full-stack engineering
• Strong experience in scaling production systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Deep understanding of: System design Performance optimization Distributed systems
• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets)
• Strong database optimization skills (Postgres preferred)

Good to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM-based systems Experience with low-latency systems (sub-second response systems)
• Knowledge of ONNX, TensorRT, or model optimization
• Experience building SaaS admin panels
• Startup or 0→1 to scale experience

• Platform becomes stable under load
• Response times significantly reduced Cloud infra fully set up and optimized Admin panel live with core controls
• Monitoring and alerting fully operational
