Location – Financial District, Hyderabad, India, 4 days onsite

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and optimizing interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, advanced SQL skills, and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts such as star schema, data marts, and semantic models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Build and optimize data models, semantic layers, and datasets in Power BI
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Ensure high performance and scalability of reports and dashboards
• Implement best practices for data visualization, usability, and storytelling
• Work with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, performance, and reporting
• Support deployment and maintenance of BI solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in BI/Analytics development
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts:
• Star Schema
• Data Marts
• Semantic Models
• Experience in building complex dashboards and enterprise-level reporting solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of DAX optimization and performance tuning
• Experience working in an offshore/onshore model
