Presales Specialist Full Time

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic Presales Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves working closely with sales, product, and clients to design and present tailored solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities :

·      Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide effective solutioning

·      Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and client discussions

·      Prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, and solution documents

·      Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions

·      Collaborate with product and tech teams to design scalable solutions

·      Support deal closures by articulating value propositions and ROI

·      Engage with clients during discovery, onboarding, and initial implementation stages

·      Create presentations, workflows, and solution architectures

Required skills & Qualifications :

·      5+ years of experience in Presales / Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering

·      Strong exposure to SaaS or enterprise technology solutions

·      Experience in handling RFPs, proposals, and client demos

·      Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·      Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Good to have :

·      Experience in AI / Chatbot / Automation / Cloud solutions

·      Exposure to BFSI or enterprise clients

·      Familiarity with tools like CRM (Salesforce), Jira, or similar
