What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
- Good understanding of the end-to-end system development life cycle approach used with the different products and services we support. Good understanding of agile methodologies.
- Strong familiarity with the range of functionality in capital markets domain.
- Experience on working Private Equity Fund Accounting system would be an advantage.
- Produce Product Backlog consisting of Product Features and User stories.
- Produce comprehensive solution designs (using templates) for development work requested.
- Ability to engage with customers to obtain a thorough understanding of business requirements for a system update.
- Some technical skills to access and utilize technical tools use to obtain / manage data and validate processes.
- Ability to identity the potential impact of a change across all system functions and services to consider all the updates that may be required.
- Complete a high-level checkout of new functionality (where applicable) in a non-production environment. Investigate discrepancies reported by clients and review potential sources of the issue.
- Document changes being made to the products / solutions through client product announcements and processing guides.
- Strong communication skills to clearly interact with clients and coworkers about potential system updates
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for aspects of the systems where you have familiarity with the processing. Perform demos of these areas, as needed
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent
