This transformation positions the customer as the world’s largest pet insurance and pet-health provider, delivering scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions.

- Role Overview
In close collaboration with business and technology leaders, this role defines and governs enterprise insurance architecture for CUSTOMER’S, ensuring seamless integration of Skylark (EIS) and Earnix into a unified, cloud-native ecosystem.
The Insurance Architect will lead multi-phase migration from legacy systems, establish architectural guardrails, and enable automation and AI-driven workflows for policy admin, underwriting, rating, billing, and claims.
