Designation- Ticketing Executive (Domestic and International Ticket).

Ticketing Executive – Job Description

  • Handle domestic and international flight bookings for customers.
  • Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets using GDS system( Galileo)
  • Provide fare details, travel options, and itinerary information to clients.
  • Manage refunds, rescheduling, and ticket modifications as per airline policies.
  • Coordinate with airlines and customers for smooth travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and customer details in the system.
  • Ensure timely customer support and resolve travel-related query

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
