Designation- Ticketing Executive (Domestic and International Ticket).
Ticketing Executive – Job Description
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings for customers.
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets using GDS system( Galileo)
- Provide fare details, travel options, and itinerary information to clients.
- Manage refunds, rescheduling, and ticket modifications as per airline policies.
- Coordinate with airlines and customers for smooth travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer details in the system.
- Ensure timely customer support and resolve travel-related query
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
