Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive (Civil Work) at our Gurugram location. The role involves end-to-end procurement management for civil projects, coordinating and negotiating with suppliers, and preparing purchase orders. Additional responsibilities include managing purchasing processes, tracking project budgets, ensuring timely material delivery, and maintaining supplier relationships. The selected candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes and expertise in managing Purchase Orders
• Proficiency in Purchase Management to handle procurement activities effectively
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating costs, vendors, and project requirements
• Strong Communication skills to negotiate with suppliers and collaborate with internal teams
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools is an advantage
• Previous experience in procurement for civil works or construction projects is preferred
• Knowledge of local procurement regulations and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required
