Role Overview:
We’re looking for someone who can own our beauty line end-to-end — from ideation to launch to scale.
This is not a coordination role.This is a builder role.
You will work closely with the founders to:
- Conceptualize products
- Develop formulations
- Manage vendors & manufacturers
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timelines
- Build a pipeline of innovative, differentiated products
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: concept → formulation → sampling → testing → launch
- Work with labs, formulators, and manufacturers to develop high-performance products
- Source ingredients aligned with Yoginii’s philosophy (Ayurveda + clean + effective)
- Stay ahead of global and Indian beauty/wellness trends
2. Vendor & Manufacturing Management
- Identify and onboard manufacturers, labs, and packaging vendors
- Manage costing, MOQs, timelines, and negotiations
- Ensure production quality and consistency
3. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all products meet regulatory standards (India + potential global markets)
- Oversee testing, certifications, and documentation
- Maintain product safety and efficacy benchmarks
4. Product Strategy
- Build and maintain a strong product pipeline and launch calendar
- Identify whitespace opportunities in the market
- Work with marketing to align product positioning and storytelling
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with branding, marketing, and growth teams
- Translate product features into clear consumer benefits
- Support product education and launches
Who You Are
- Worked in beauty / skincare / wellness product development
- Strong understanding of formulations, ingredients, and trends
- Experience working with labs, manufacturers, and supply chains
- Detail-oriented but also strategic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment
- Deep interest in Ayurveda, clean beauty, or holistic wellness
