Role: Product Manager

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap, strategy, and

delivery of key product areas within Joveo’s platform. You will define

what gets built, why it matters, and how it ships — working at the

intersection of customer needs, business goals, and engineering reality.

Key Responsibilities:

– Define and maintain product roadmaps grounded in data, customer research, and strategy

– Write clear, detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams

– Prioritize the backlog, manage trade-offs, and align stakeholders on scope

– Conduct user research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis

– Define and track product KPIs — measuring impact and iterating quickly

– Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology company

– Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product solutions

– Data-driven decision making — comfortable with analytics tools and SQL basics

– Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional engineering teams

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills for distributed teams

– Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across stakeholders
