Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll manage and lead strategic roadmaps from 3-year planning to full execution, and collaborate with leadership to drive structural improvements across the package zero program.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and prioritize packge zero programs that impact multiple organizations, leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable cost reductions and operational improvements
Develop data-driven recommendations for packaging configurations, to conduct dive deep on packge zero defects through analytical deep thinking and rigorous quality standards
Build and maintain strong goverance mechanism alongwith understanding on impact on Cx and surface insights, track metrics, and enable data-driven decision making across packaging operations.
Lead the USI charter for Package zero intergation alongwith monitoring, correcting and governance.
Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and leadership to drive investments and strategic decisions that positively impact packaging P&L and sustainability goals
A day in the life
Your day begins reviewing key performance indicators across package zero identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects, balancing Cx and cost requirements with business priorities. Throughout the day, you’ll analyze data and brong insights to scale the program YoY to inform strategic decisions, participate in stakeholder meetings to align on initiatives, and drive execution of ongoing projects. You’ll also dedicate time to developing innovative solutions that improve customer experience while reducing costs and environmental impact.

We work collaboratively across multiple functions to capitalize on opportunities that optimize packaging processes and contribute to Amazon’s Climate Pledge commitments.
