   Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

·     Mode of Interview : 2 -3 Rounds , 1 internal+2 client rounds and BGV before joining. If the candidate clears the BGV only then we would hire them

Role Description This is a full-time Cyber Security Project Coordinator role based in Bengaluru, offered in a hybrid model with a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. The Cyber Security Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate end-to-end cyber security projects, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and status tracking across multiple stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cyber security engineers, architects, and clients to define project scope, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of security initiatives. The individual will support documentation of project plans, security requirements, test results, and compliance artifacts, and will assist in preparing regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and clients. The coordinator will also help align project activities with security policies, compliance standards, and best practices while continuously improving processes and communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in cyber security, IT security, or related technology domains.
• Strong project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, task tracking, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of core cyber security concepts such as network security, endpoint security, identity and access management, vulnerability management, incident response, and security governance.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and managing project documentation (charters, plans, status reports, RAID logs, and change requests).
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI-DSS) and basic knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present project updates and technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborate with on-site and remote teams, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
