Seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Estimator in a fully remote capacity. This is a full-time contract position. The candidate must be able to operate and report during standard Pacific Time (PT) working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs and material/labour calculations.
• Prepare RFQ’s, RFI’s and subcontractor follow ups for quotations.
• Analyze costs, risks, and apply appropriate contingencies.
• Support bidding, tendering, and procurement with cost data.
• Track and compare estimated vs. actual project costs.
• Reviewing Construction and Engineering Plans to assist in Coordination.
• Assisting with Project Schedules, Milestone Tracking, and documentation.
• Attending Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings and contributing to team discussions.
• Communicate cost insights clearly to project stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, or equivalent)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work setting
• Must be available to work and report in Pacific Time (PT) i.e. IST 9.30 PM to 5 AM (approx.)
