JOB TITLE: PROJECT HEAD – CRM COMPLEX

Reports To: Director / VP – Projects, HO

Experience: 25+ yrs in large-scale construction | Min. 8 yrs as Project Head

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (M.Tech / MBA preferred)

Team Managed: All site functions — Civil, MEP, Security, Admin, Procurement

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

ROLE SUMMARY:

Senior-most on-site authority for end-to-end delivery of CRM Complex — from planning through commissioning and handover — ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

▸ Own Master Project Schedule; drive all milestones on time.

▸ Manage CAPEX/OPEX budget; approve POs & contractor bills.

▸ Lead multi-disciplinary teams; resolve inter-dept conflicts.

▸ Liaise with consultants, PMC, RERA, NMC & utilities

▸ Enforce QMS, IS codes & HSE standards site-wide.

▸ Review DPR, WPR & MIS; report to Head Office.

▸ Oversee regulatory approvals, NOCs & OC process.

▸ Interface with clients, investors & sales for handovers

▸Primavera P6 / MS Project proficiency

▸Strong financial & commercial acumen
