Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Cisco VAN/LAN projects and daily network operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, tracking project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Cisco VAN/LAN project activities
• Track project progress, schedules, and deliverables
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates
• Assist in incident tracking and operational coordination
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and escalations

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Cisco networking, VAN/LAN environments
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of project tracking and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Prior experience in project coordination or network operations is preferred
