Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers
- Resolve queries on accounts, credit cards, and transactions
- Identify and address fraud-related issues
- Ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 1- 3 years experience in international voice process
- Strong communication skills (B2/C1)
- Customer-facing experience mandatory
- Experience in Finance / Credit Card / Fraud preferred
- Willing to work in night shifts
Qualification
- Any Graduate (Graduation is Mandatory)
Salary
- Negotiable based on current CTC (upto 6lpa)
