Role Description

The Quality Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will oversee quality assurance initiatives, including managing quality audits, implementing quality control measures, and improving operational performance through effective quality management practices. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to identify trends, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and training team members on best practices for continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management processes.
• Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Auditing techniques.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and trend analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively manage workflow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to drive operational improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certifications in quality management (such as Six Sigma or ISO standards) are a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare or healthcare management industry is preferred.
