**Job Description**

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, presentable, and organized **Receptionist Manager** to manage front desk operations and ensure an excellent client experience from entry to exit.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, client-handling, and team coordination skills with the ability to maintain a professional clinic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage complete **front desk and reception operations**.

* Welcome and attend walk-in clients professionally.

* Handle client appointments and coordinate with counselors and doctors.

* Ensure clients are comfortable by offering tea/coffee and proper assistance.

* Guide clients throughout their complete clinic journey from reception to consultation and final coordination.

* Coordinate with counselors and doctors for smooth client flow.

* Maintain client records, appointments, and daily reports.

* Supervise reception staff and daily operational activities.

* Resolve client queries and maintain a positive customer experience.

* Maintain office discipline and a professional clinic environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
