Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Referral Marketing Specialist based at Apollo Hospitals Ahmedabad. The Referral Marketing Specialist will develop and manage relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and partner organizations to increase patient referrals and strengthen the hospital’s network. Responsibilities include planning and executing referral outreach campaigns, scheduling and conducting field visits, organizing CMEs and doctor engagement programs, and maintaining an updated database of referral partners. The role also involves tracking referral performance, preparing periodic reports and dashboards, and coordinating with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth referral workflows and an excellent experience for patients and partners. The specialist will support brand-building initiatives, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to improve services and referral programs.
Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with doctors, clinic administrators, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in planning and executing outreach, field visits, events, and engagement programs focused on referral generation.
• Ability to track data, analyze referral trends, and prepare concise reports and presentations for management.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or database systems to manage and monitor referral networks.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks in a hospital setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare marketing, referral marketing, business development, or physician liaison roles is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem in Ahmedabad and Gujarat, and willingness to travel locally for field activities.
