Summary
Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role):
- Dealer handling for all Quantity and Quality parameters related to Sales
- Retail Sales, Wholesales, Accessories, EW,
- Steering through business indicators (Enquiry TD, Booking, Stocks, cancellation)
- Customer complaint management
- Dealer manpower appointment, training and motivation
- Quality parameters steering through internal initiatives, Sarvottam, infra etc.
- Dealer account/fund management
- Marketing initiatives through dealers to ensure demand of cars etc.

Quantity Targets
- Retail Target achievement
- Wholesale target achievement
- Premium car target achievement
- Stock Ageing
- Extended Warranty and other Value-Added services sales [ Finance, Insurance, Used Cars)
- Accessories Sales
Tasks
- Act as an in-charge of the dealer in their assigned Area in the region
- Act as an interface between the dealer and Volkswagen
- Operational responsibility for executing sales strategies for the assigned Area / Dealers
- Would be responsible achieve the assigned sales target set for the dealers in his territory
- Would be responsible to implement the sales standard in the assigned dealership
- Train and Motivate dealer sales team for optimum results
- Operational responsibility for maximizing Dealer revenues within framework of VW policies, norms
